When performing Inter material transfer between two sub inventories within the same inventory organization, system pop error in manages supply line UI of supply orchestration

Transit times were not found between the origin and destination locations.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Supply chain execution->Inventory Management ->Inventory Management
2) Select task "Manage Item Quantities"
3) Action -> Request Transfer Order
