Enhancement Request : Is It Possible to Have Data Picker Filters Work for CSV Import?

Symptoms
On Unifier : The version as of this writing is 20.1
Scenario
When there are two Pickers on a form, Picker1 and Picker2, the value populated to Picker1 filters what values the user can select in Picker2:
Behavior
When manually creating the record in Unifier, the user enters a value for Picker1 and then a query is executed which filters the values the user can select in Picker2.
However, when the record is created by importing a CSV file the Picker1 filter is ignored and the record can be created with/without any value in Picker2.
Requirement
The requirement is to have Unifier prevent the creation of a record when importing the CSV file by triggering some Alert/Notification about the filtering configured for Picker2.
