Item's Std Case Conversion Update Issue (Doc ID 2600217.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, Core Product Functionality
 
Item Std Case Qty was updated but wave allocation not allocating based on new updated conversion.

Eg: Item# 110433 std case conversion was updated from 10 to 180, but allocation still looking at old conversion i.e. 10


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the wave to allocate in the new Std Case Qty

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Via Items screen
2. Update for an item the Std Case Qty
3. Run a wave that includes this item
4. The wave creates the OBLPN with the wrong Case Qty
