Unable To Add Essbase Application In Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) (Doc ID 2600246.1)

Symptoms

When trying to add an application to TRCS, there is no option for Essbase. Only Planning can be selected as the application type. Other EPM Cloud systems show Essbase as an option; only TRCS is affected.
