Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

When attempting to add a mailing address to an employee,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1. The start date for the person must be the same as the initial start date for the person in the enterprise. (PER-1531578)
2. Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[100000001554778] in PersonEO


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Person > Add "Mail Address"
2. Enter details > Submit > Receive above errors
