Symptoms

LAST_UPDATE_DATETIME and LAST_UPDATE_ID are not getting updated in ITEM_LOC_SOH when doing an inventory adjustment.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Tasks > Inventory > Inventory Adjustments >Inventory Adjustments by Item.
2. Create a new inventory adjustment for an item/location combination.
