"Export General Ledger Data for China: Enterprise" job is going into Error with no Data Found.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to export the Export General Ledger Data for China

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Schedule Processes
2. Submit the program - Export General Ledger Data for China: Enterprise process
3. It will complete in error.
