On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Job Level Workflow not working as designed

Workflow based on job level hierarchy is not going to the person as designed.
We have approval based on requestor’s Job level hierarchy where start participant will be requestor's supervisor hierarchy with minimum job level 4

But in reality, it is not skipping the supervisor with job level 3.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
the approval should go to the person in job level 4, instead of immediate supervisor in job level 3

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

See the screen shot from BPM rule as we have added at least 4 and at most 6 as the number of levels
