Unable To Process 15k Records For Account Combination Service (Doc ID 2601066.1)

Goal

We are trying to validate and create COA Accounts with below Web Service. The number of records which needs to be tested it 15000. But we are not getting response for 15000 records but it is working for 10000 records. Please assist.

Operation: validateAndCreateAccounts
