Is it Possible to Depreciate the Asset by Asset Component Life in Years Rather than the Actual Asset Life Years? (Doc ID 2601109.1)

Goal

The requirement is to have an asset which is comprising multiple components and each component has a different life span.

For example, asset X is 8 years of life span, but it has 2 components with a different life span.

Let say component 1 is 20 years,

component 2 is 18 years and the third component is 30 years of life span.
Based on this each component has to be depreciated as per its life span rather than an Asset life span (i.e.,asset X, 8 years)
