Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the on-premise environment, the database admin is able to clear the user sessions for the users who have opened P6 projects and left for the day, by locking the machine.

They are doing this using some stored procedure created by their DBA.

Now they are on Oracle Cloud and they do not have access to the database.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The customer would like a feature in P6 Web or P6 Professional to reset unwanted user sessions for P6 Professional.
