Name format in Approval Chain section showing FirstName MiddleName LastName

We have set up Person Name Formats for all format types to be "PreferredName LastName" on both Local (New Zealand) and Global levels. However, there are still other pages (i.e. Approval Chain) that are still showing a "FirstName MiddleName LastName" format. We have already ran the processes for name formats.
