Symptoms

While creating a project in Oracle Analytics Cloud, you have more than two filters in a visualization and the Auto Apply option set to OFF.   Afer you click the apply button for one of the filters, the filter order change.  The applied filter moves to the second left position among filters.

So if this is how the filters order looks:

 

Once you click on the Apply button, the filters order changes as shown below:
