OEC Analytics: Opportunity Report Does Not Show Opportunities With Deleted Accounts (Doc ID 2601672.1)

On : version, Analytics

After deleting accounts in Simplified UI (SUI), the Opportunity report does not show the opportunities associated to those accounts

Expected to see all opportunities

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run custom report based on Sales - CRM Pipeline as the example:

2. Customer noticed there are missing opportunities that can be seen in UI but not in BI

The records not showing in BI have the Account Deleted
If customer opens an Opportunity, remove the Account on the Opportunity that was deleted, and picks a different Account, the Opportunity will show up on the report
