500 Error when Accessing the Transaction Manager after a Site Refresh

After a site refresh, when attempting to access the Transaction Manager via a custom button or action in CPQ, either on a quote or elsewhere in the site, a 500 error is returned:
500: Internal Server error
Reporting Runtime error (class com.bm.xchange.util.BMSystemException): com.bm.xchange.util.BMSystemException: Invalid process id.
