Notes Text Has Special Characters if Created Using Rest API Receivables Invoices/Receivables Invoice Notes (Doc ID 2601931.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Rest API Receivables Invoice Notes creates notes with special characters

Tried the rest service: Receivables Invoice Notes REST Endpoints
With Parameters as :{"NoteTypeCode": "MAINTAIN","NoteTxt":"Test from Soap"}
and Media Type as JSON.
Record gets created but with unidentified characters in the Note Text filed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The note text should show the same characters which were provided while creating it.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute rest API Receivables Invoice Notes
2. Provide the parameters {"NoteTypeCode": "MAINTAIN","NoteTxt":"Test from Soap"}
3. Verify the note created with special character
