Failed To Connect To E-Signature Provider

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Utilizing E-Signature setup for DocuSign® in a Non-Production Unifier instance, and have ability to successfully generate a token to test the connection, and connection is successful.
However, attempting to Self Sign or send a document for signature, error is received: ("Failed to connect to E-Signature provider." and "Failed to send document(s) for E-Signature" respectively).
This occurs with every document attempted.
Self Sign: Failed to connect to E-Signature provider
Send: Failed to send document(s) for E-Signature
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Sign into Unifier and navigate to the applicable Folder in the Document Manager
- Click the gear icon next to the applicable icon and select Self-sign or Send for E-Signature
- Corresponding error received to selection
