Failed To Connect To E-Signature Provider (Doc ID 2602072.1)

Symptoms

Utilizing E-Signature setup for DocuSign® in a Non-Production Unifier instance, and have ability to successfully generate a token to test the connection, and connection is successful.

However, attempting to Self Sign or send a document for signature, error is received: ("Failed to connect to E-Signature provider." and "Failed to send document(s) for E-Signature" respectively).

This occurs with every document attempted.

ERRORS

Self Sign:   Failed to connect to E-Signature provider
Send:        Failed to send document(s) for E-Signature

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

  1. Sign into Unifier and navigate to the applicable Folder in the Document Manager
  2. Click the gear icon next to the applicable icon and select Self-sign or Send for E-Signature
  3. Corresponding error received to selection
