Organization Assignment Email Template Is Not Firing (Doc ID 2602688.1)

Symptoms

Below issues are reported related to Organization:

1) The getOrganization endpoint is returning contract as null even though the contract is added in Admin.

2) The contact assigned to one Organization of a particular site is not able to login and get 403 error.

3) The emails are not being sent when a new contact is assigned to an Organization.
