iOS Expense App v6.1.9 Attachments Not Working With IOS MOBILE App

On iPhone running iOS 13.1 find that iOS expense app v6.1.9 does not process image attachments.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Users will take a photo.
- Then log into the expenses app. Log an expense claim,
- go to attach a photo from "photo Album" ,
- select the photo needed and when selected the photo pops up, but does not give any submit button or cancel button.
it is at this stage where the user needs to close the app and restart.
app freezes / is unresponsive - there is no way to use the image. Users have to restart the application
