Sandbox Updates Are Not Reflected In O365 Plugin (Doc ID 2602735.1)

During testing the customer noticed that their saved updates in sandbox are reflected in O365 plugin.  They Saved the changes and then checked in the O365 plugin but the changes were not being reflected.
