Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Manage Orders
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
User without Order Manager role, but Schedule action is enabled for user.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If User is not having the Schedule privileges, then action should not be enabled for them.
STEPS
-------
1. Order Created and Submitted
2. Order got scheduled.
3. User unscheduled the order and try to schedule it again manually.
