Symptoms

After your recent upgrade to 19C and CarrierConnect XL 3.0 you are facing issues with the planning of some orders on LTL mode.

A few orders on LTL route fail to plan due to a longer than expected transit time.

Other orders on LTL route are planned successfully with the same service provider and rate set up. The transit time is as expected for these other orders.
