Unable to find control budget "XXXX" on Budget Period statuses page.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Control budget "XXXX" should be found on Budget Period statuses page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Budgetary control dashboard
2. Click on Task "Manage Budget Period Statuses"
3. Check for the Budget "XXXX"
