Receipt Transaction Status Is 'Sent' But Not Synced In OM (Doc ID 2603255.1)

Goal

Receipt Transaction status is 'Sent' but not synced in Order management.

Issue Background:
After RMA is being received, the status is not getting updated from 'Awaiting Receipt' to 'Awaiting Billing' on the RMA line. That is, the receipt information is not flowing back to OM(Order management), though the 'Send Receipt Confirmation' ESS job is updating the confirmation status to SENT.
