When attempting to approve purchase order, the following error occurs.
You are not authorized to approve PO.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login in to RMS.
2. Try approving an order.
2. The above error is displayed to the users. The user who is trying to approve this order is part of RMS_APPLICATION_ADMIN* role.
