Veteran Self-Identification Status not showing for all employees in Demographic Info

Some employees in Demographic Info under Personal Details can see fields related to Veteran status, whereas, other employees are missing these fields.

Changes

 Enabled veteran fields via Person Legislative Developer Descriptive Flexfields (Doc ID 2278686.1)
