Symptoms

If you need to manage some UI elements after the page is rendered that cannot be done in onLoad because the DOM elements may not be ready yet, you may want to make use of Knockout afterRender. For instance, you may want to collapse the footer menu on mobile device that has width less than 768 while expand the menu on wider device as follows:

This may not work as expected.
