Purpose

This document discusses Workforce Compensation (WFC) Start and Refresh Processes. The Start Workforce Compensation Cycle (WFC Start Process) Job builds manager worksheets with eligible workers for a new plan and initiates the compensation cycle. The Refresh Workforce Compensation Data (WFC Refresh Process) Job synchronizes workforce compensation data with HR data, updates plan design and currency conversion rates and recalculates summary data. Use the following questions to troubleshoot when running the Start Workforce Compensation and Refresh Workforce Compensation processes
