ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to create a Contract Type in Enterprise Contract , the "Contract Owner Role" field list of values is Blank .
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The list of values of the field Contract Owner Role is expected in order to proceed with setting up the Contract Type
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Manage contract types
2. Create Contract type
3. Select Buyer and Seller
4. See that "Contract Owner Role" list of values is Blank
