ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Primary Contact DCL field in Opportunity is showing all recent contacts instead of Account related

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should show only Account related Contacts in drop down.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Opportunity Object.
2. Click on Create Opportunity.
3. Fill required fields and select Account in Account DCL field.
4. Now click on Primary Contact drop down.
5. Here we see all recent contacts instead of selected Account related/associated contacts.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select the primary contact related to the account.
