Mapviewer Not Loading (Doc ID 2604266.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to create analysis, the map viewer is not loading.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The map viewer should load, as expected.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new analysis - Subject Area Business process.
2. Add Project Number, Latitude, Longitude to the analysis
3. Add filter where Latitude is not null (to filter out projects)
4. On results page, add a new View (Map).
5. Observe the new view never loads - just keep getting a blue progress bar (as seen in the screenshot)

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get map viewer to load.
