Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Global Payroll

Not able to assign the elements automatically as per the element eligibility,
the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
- The element criteria ID is invalid. (PAY-1635561)
- Row validation method {2} failed for row with key oracle.jbo.Key[4712-12-31 1951-01-01 300000012223333 ] in ElementLinkD1
- You cannot enable the automatic entry option unless there is a default value defined for each required input value. (PAY-1636083)
  The automatic entry option can be enabled for an element only if all required input values for it have a default value defined.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. under Payroll Calculation – Manage Elements, 'Test Allowance' Element created;
2. Created Input Values;
3. Click on element eligibility * Create Element Eligibility
- Element Criteria is selected
- Click on Input Value
- Provided Default Value for Amount Input Value which is mandatory and remaining inut values are non- mandatory.
- Then Click on Submit.
- Stuck error occurs.
