File Upload Failed Error When Importing Configuration Packages and Uploading Attachments to Document Manager (Doc ID 2605115.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier, Any Version

After upgrading, when importing config packages, the error below occurs.  Issue also occurs when uploading attachments.

ERROR

File Upload Failed.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Import Package:

  1. From within Unifier, navigate to Company Workspace > Admin mode > Configuration Package Management > Configuration Packages
  2. Attempt to import a package.

Upload Attachment

  1. Navigate to any shell > Document Manager > Documents
  2. Attempt to upload an attachment.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, administrators are unable to import config packages, and users are unable to upload attachments.
