In REST adapter, for outbound message to Rest Service, below JSON  is configured for request payload sample:

[{"eventSubscriptionId":"subscriptionId","webhookUrl":"url"},

But when payload is sent to 3rd party, they receive a topLevelArray and message is like:
{
  "topLevelArray" : [ {
  "eventSubscriptionId" : "subscriptionId",
  "webhookUrl" : "url"
  }, {
  "eventSubscriptionId" : "subscriptionId",
  "webhookUrl" : "url"
  } ]
}

Expected Behavior:

Payload to be sent as below format:

[ {
  "eventSubscriptionId" : "subscriptionId",
  "webhookUrl" : "url"
  }, {
  "eventSubscriptionId" : "subscriptionId",
  "webhookUrl" : "url"
  } ]
