Journal Approver Is Blank On Journal Batch Action Log Screen (Doc ID 2605519.1)

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Capture Transactions-Approve Journals

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Journal Approver is blank on Journal Batch Action Log screen

When viewing the Action Log tab for a Journal Batch, the Approver name is blank. However, when you query the GL_JE_ACTION_LOG table for the batch, the Approver Name is showing.

Why is the Approver Name blank on the screen when it is clearly in the Action Log table? Note that the USER Account for the approver has been deleted.

The Person record still exists, only the User Account has been deleted.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The user should be able to see the approver of the journal in the Action Log tab on the display journal.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In "Manage Journals" page search for a Journal Batch
2. Open to see details on the "Show More" at the Batch header open the "Action Log"
3. The user need to see for each action performed on a specific Journal Batch who was the user.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see who was the Approver for a specific Journal if the User was deleted
