Note:
This document is for OCE environments in Traditional Account.  It's not applicable to the environments which uses IDCS (OCE Classic and OCE)

Using Oracle Content and Experience Cloud (OCE) in Traditional Account.
However, attempt to use REST API for Users and Groups, cannot authenticate with OAuth as following:
