Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Service Requests

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When creating Service Requests, the users are not able to see any Categories in the Category choicelist field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Since the Categories have been created, they should appear in the Category choicelist field

Replication Steps:

1. Create an SR
2. Go into the Category field and search
