Goal

Custom role does not have access to all review periods LOV in the performance admin area - mobile responsive UI

Steps & details
-----------------

- Created a custom HR Specialist role copying the seeded HR Specialist role
- Created a data role with a view all access
- Assigned role to user
- User able to access the performance administration page with all review periods displayed in dropdown

- Created another data role for the same job role created above
- added custom security profile to restrict data
- however, in the performance admin screen, only the latest review period is displayed
  other review periods are not displayed
