On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Opportunities
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While reviewing the official documentation on Opportunity Change History and enabling the functionality in Opportunity Object, the tab is displayed within the Opportunity.
If the Opportunity is changed, the data is not captured in the change history.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectancy is to be able to capture the changes on an opportunity in the mentioned tab.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. navigate to Opportunity Management
2. open an Opportunity
3. change details on Opportunity
4. go to Change History
5. changes are not reflected.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot review the changes on Opportunities in the Change History tab.
