Error on Importing More Than 100K Accounts Under One Territory (Doc ID 2606159.1)

Import process is failing while importing more than 100000 accounts under one territory.

Users are getting the error below:
The process fails to load data into import interface tables. Cause: java.lang.Exception: The number of records in the source data file exceeds the maximum record limit: 100,000.You must split the source data file into multiple files to reduce the number of records in each source file.

The following files are violating the record limit: TERR_COVERAGE.csv,,;100000.
