On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Data Quality, Customer Hub
Duplicate search - wrong search results for fuzzy search account name and city
We have a duplicate search in place that doesn't provide the expected search results:
Criteria:
Country = Exact match, Name = Fuzzy, city = Fuzzy
For an existing account we tried to create a new account with similar name and country and it didn't result in an identified duplicate. New record was created.
