Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Notification Emails Are Not Received

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are not receiving emails for notifications, such as the following:
- agent did not receive an Account Creation email with the credentials to access Oracle HCM
- agent did not receive a Request to Submit Candidates invitation via email when the agent was invited to submit candidates for the requisition
- approvers do not receive a Request for Approval email for job offers or requisitions
- manager did not receive a CSP notification when a candidate reached a specific phase/state
The notifications are still available under the bell icon, but the emails are not being received.
