NFR Stops Information Unavailable In FTI Tables (Doc ID 2606620.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When the FTI tables are loaded with the shipment data, any NFR stops associated with the shipments are unavailable.
This is critical information pertaining to calculation of driver's overtime for reporting purposes and to validate driver's overtime.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer expecting NFR stop type as well in FTI tables.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Created a order releae.
2) Planned the order and shipment got created.
3) Shipment has been created with stop type P and D.
4) Created new Shipment stop of type NFR.
5) Shipment stop details are available in SHIPMENT but NFR stop type alone not available in SHIPMENT_STOP_D.
