"A value is required for DisplaySequence" Error In Pricing System Options Screen (Doc ID 2606726.1)

Symptoms

Pricing Cloud Services System options screen throwing a misguiding error when RPM_PE_CONFIG_OPTIONS. EXTERNAL_PRICES_ALLOWED_IND = 1. When made to 0, it works fine.

 

Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1. Set RPM_PE_CONFIG_OPTIONS. EXTERNAL_PRICES_ALLOWED_IND = 1.
2. Login to Pricing Application and navigate to System options screen.
3. Save the screen.
4. Note the above error occurs.
