Symptoms

The following error occurs when trying to log in to OAC URL using IDCS or Azure account:

Created Usage Tracking Schema owner in target database "OAC_PLATFORM" and configured via OAC Console the parameter needed.

In the RPD a usage tracking connection pool was set up.
