RDFCS: Batch Control Is Not Looking for the Dtmul File in ORASE_WEEKLY_extract.zip (Doc ID 2606770.1)

Last updated on MAY 27, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting Cloud Service - Version 18.0 and later
Oracle Retail Science Platform Cloud Service - Version 18.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The interface of dtmul file from Oracle Retail Science Platform (RSP) to Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting Cloud Service (RDFCS) will be sent in ORASE_WEEKLY_extract.zip, not as an individual file. However, the GA RDF batch_control assumes the dtmul file comes on its own, rather than inside ORASE_WEEKLY_extract.zip. The batch_control needs to look for the ZIP file and the trigger for the ZIP file, and then unpack dtmul from the ZIP.
