Symptoms


When attempting to add a line to Purchase Order
Following error occurs

Error:
Getting Error for Line1 and Line 2

The project status doesnt allow you to create transactions.


Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Fusion Applications
2. Query a Purchase Order
3. Edit Purchase Order
4. Try to add new line - getting error
