When Trying To Use The WorkFlow Subject Area No Data Is Returned In Primavera Analytics (Doc ID 2607102.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

No data is returned when using the workflow subject area with step name or task name in Analytics


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Analytics should display data when using the workflow subject area with step name or task name


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login Test Analytics
  2. Create a new Analysis using Workflow Subject Area with Business Process Name, Record Number and Status items
  3. Run the Analysis, data is returned with filler as "Business Process Name" is equal to / is in [XXXX]
  4. Add one more column with Step Name or Task Name
  5. No data is returned

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see data in analysis.
