Goal

Why does the web service StructureServiceV2 with operation "mergeStructure" not work to create the Structures, and returns the following error?
Error - "JBO-25072: Applying List binding LOV_StructureName with given set of values to no matching row for a row of type: Item, oracle.jbo.Key[<id>]"
