IDCS 19x version attributes issue

19.x version of IDCS allows admins to make a user profile attribute read-only or hide user profile attributes. However, the following issues were observed


1) On making the user profile attribute read-only. Instead of graying the field, it allows the user to edit field but when saving IDCS errors out that the field is read-only.
2) on making the user profile hidden, the user profile field is not hidden.
